What personal information My Gains Global collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how My Gains Global handles personal information about people who visit this website, apply for an account or hold an account with us. It covers the public website, the authenticated dashboard and the email we send you about your account. It forms part of our terms of service.

2. Who is responsible

My Gains Global, 5101 S Madison Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105, USA is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at [email protected].

3. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, postal address, date of birth, nationality, phone number, and the identity and source of funds documents required to verify you. Also the content of your support messages and anything else you choose to send us.
  • Information generated by your account. Balances, orders, positions, investment plans, deposits, withdrawals, transaction records, and the settings and preferences you choose.
  • Information collected automatically. Sign-in times, IP address, device and browser characteristics, and the pages you use. This supports security, fraud prevention and the reliability of the service.

Identity documents and similar records are sensitive, and we collect only what verification and record-keeping obligations require.

4. How we use it

  • To open, operate, secure and support your account.
  • To execute the orders, transfers and plan instructions you submit.
  • To verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and record-keeping obligations.
  • To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, unauthorised access and market abuse.
  • To send service messages such as order confirmations, security alerts and changes to these documents.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the platform.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your account information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you without human involvement, other than the automated screening checks described above, which a person reviews before any account is restricted.

5. Our legal grounds

Where data protection law requires a legal ground, we rely on one of the following.

  • Performance of a contract. To provide the service you have asked for under our terms.
  • Legal obligation. To meet identity verification, financial crime and record-keeping requirements.
  • Legitimate interests. To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and improve the service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent. Where we ask for it, for example for optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where there is a reason to.

  • Service providers who process information on our instructions, such as identity verification, payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery and customer support tooling. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
  • Financial institutions and payment partners where needed to complete a deposit or withdrawal you have requested.
  • Regulators, law enforcement and courts where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this policy.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred out of the country you are in, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, and we require the recipient to protect it to the standard described in this policy. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to you.

8. How long we keep it

We keep account records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period that financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering rules require, which is generally at least five years from the end of the relationship or the date of a transaction. Support conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any related complaint. Information we no longer need for either purpose is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • confirm what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
  • restrict or object to a particular use, including any use based on legitimate interests;
  • transfer information you gave us to another provider in a portable format;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave.

These rights have limits. We cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. Exercising a right will not result in a worse service.

10. Security

We protect accounts with two-factor authentication, session management and an auditable activity log, and we encrypt information in transit and at rest. Access to personal information inside our organisation is limited to people who need it for their role. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Protect your own account by using a unique password, keeping two-factor authentication enabled and storing your recovery codes somewhere separate from your phone.

11. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies and browser storage

What we store in your browser, why, and how to clear it are covered in our cookie policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect a change in the service, our providers or the law. We will give notice of a material change by email or through the platform, and the date at the top of this page records the latest revision.

14. Contact and complaints

Write to us with any privacy question or request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
